Overview

The 1-Year Diploma in Piano Foundation is a comprehensive course designed for beginners and intermediate learners who aim to build a strong and structured command over the piano. The program offers intensive training in music theory, sight reading, ear training, and a wide range of playing techniques to help students master both solo and ensemble piano performance.

Through methodical instruction based on international standards, students explore classical pieces, contemporary music, and chordal playing styles. Emphasis is placed on hand coordination, finger strength, musicality, rhythmic accuracy, and developing independence of hands. The course also nurtures the ability to interpret sheet music, understand harmony, and perform confidently in front of an audience.
